UNY Faculty of Psychology Supports Early Childhood Education Quality Improvement through SEL Training in Belitung

Belitung, June 28, 2025 — The Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), through its Developmental Psychology specialization team, reaffirmed its commitment to contributing to society by organizing a community engagement program entitled “Enhancing the Capacity of Early Childhood Teachers in Social Emotional Learning to Foster Positive Attitudes and Behaviors in Young Children.” The program was conducted in collaboration with the Association of Early Childhood Educators and Education Personnel (HIMPAUDI) of Bangka Belitung Province.

Preventing Child Marriage, Faculty of Psychology UNY Holds Peer Educator Training Program in Gunungkidul

Wonosari, July 22–23, 2025 – The Faculty of Psychology, Yogyakarta State University (FP UNY), through one of its Community Service (PkM) teams, demonstrated active involvement in supporting efforts to prevent child marriage in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This initiative was реализed through a “Peer Educator Training for the Prevention of Child Marriage,” held at SMA Pembangunan 1 Wonosari, Gunungkidul, for two days on Monday–Tuesday, July 22–23, 2025.

Yogyakarta, May 5, 2025 — The Faculty of Psychology, Yogyakarta State University (UNY), has once again achieved a notable academic accomplishment with the announcement of SINTA Rank 3 accreditation for the Acta Psychologia Journal. This achievement was stipulated through the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 dated March 21, 2025, concerning the Journal Accreditation Rankings for Period I of 2025.
