Yogyakarta, May 5, 2025 — The Faculty of Psychology, Yogyakarta State University (UNY), has once again achieved a notable academic accomplishment with the announcement of SINTA Rank 3 accreditation for the Acta Psychologia Journal. This achievement was stipulated through the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 dated March 21, 2025, concerning the Journal Accreditation Rankings for Period I of 2025.

This accreditation is the result of the evaluation process of journal accreditation proposals submitted in 2024, as stated in the Official Report on the Determination of Scientific Journal Accreditation Results for Period I of 2025. Based on this assessment, Acta Psychologia was declared eligible to receive SINTA 3 accreditation, effective from Volume 4 Number 2 of 2022.

As part of this accreditation, the journal management is required to continuously maintain the quality of articles and the peer-review process. Any decline in quality may result in a downgrade or revocation of the accreditation status. The accreditation certificate can be downloaded gradually through the website arjuna.kemdikbud.go.id, and the accreditation status is updated on sinta.kemdikbud.go.id/journals.

With this achievement, Acta Psychologia is expected to continue serving as a credible platform for scholarly publication and to contribute to the development of psychological science at both national and international levels.
