THESIS EXAM APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta

All stages must be completed sequentially and comprehensively.

Completion of Requirements in SIBIMTA

Students are required to fulfill all administrative and academic requirements in the SIBIMTA system until the status is officially declared as “Ready for Examination.”

Theory Clearance by Academic Administrator

Once the status is “Ready for Examination,” the academic administrator will process the theory clearance verification.

Upload of Thesis Manuscript in SIBIMTA

Upload the finalized thesis manuscript through the Submission Menu → Examination Section. Ensure that the document is complete and complies with the prescribed formatting guidelines.

Submission of Examiner Request

Complete the examiner request form via the following link: https://bit.ly/Permohonan_Penguji_S1_FPsi

Notification of Assigned Examiners

The academic administrator will provide the official list of appointed examiners via WhatsApp.

Scheduling the Thesis Defense

Students are responsible for coordinating directly with the assigned examiners to determine the examination schedule. The use of a time-availability matrix is recommended to facilitate scheduling.

Official Registration for Thesis Defense

After the examination schedule has been mutually agreed upon, students must complete the official registration through: https://unyku.id/Daftar_sidang_skripsi

Submission of Printed Thesis Copies

Submit three (3) printed copies of the thesis, enclosed in light blue document folders.

Official Thesis Defense Invitation

The official invitation letter for the thesis defense will be distributed by the academic administrator via WhatsApp.

  • Active coordination with the academic administrator and examiners is essential.
